Nocturne

A continuation of Chao’s approach to simplicity, Nocturne explores a more introspective way of dressing - where simplicity is held with greater depth and intention. The collection is crafted in 100% cotton satin weave and organza, chosen for their interplay of texture, sheen, and movement. The cotton satin brings a fluid drape with a soft, natural lustre, while organza introduces lightness and sheer structure, creating silhouettes that feel both composed and alive.

The palette draws from deeper, more immersive tones - Obsidian, Sapphire, and Emerald -  selected as much for their mood as their visual depth. Calm yet assured, they lend the garments a stronger presence while still allowing them to remain understated.

The collection plays with contrast in a subtle, wearable way. Minimal yet distinctive, the silhouettes remain clean and considered, with a subtle sense of drama introduced through movement, form, and finish.
